As leaders, one of our prime tasks is to make decisions. But it is our teams who carry them out. As leaders of people, we need to clearly explain our decisions and define the aim. We need to build our teams and develop each individual member of staff. Our individual staff-member deserves to be fulfilled at work and enjoy a well-being.
